I coach metrics of performance using the “The KK Training Template” with test/retest macrocycles for efficacy.  The distinction with my training program is that we use a mindset approach to each training session – developing not just the physical but the mental and emotional elements of programming as well giving athletes a deeper experience in their physical work.

Also with private clients monitor important biometrics with WellnessFX. If my program is improving performance numbers we want to see vital health numbers improve.  This is more of a priority.
